All Garden on Millbrook Full Service Seated Dinners are accompanied by your selection of one salad course and Chef’s choice of starch accompaniment and seasonal vegetables. Baked rolls and butter are served at the table.

You may select up to three entrée choices from our Signature menu for your guests to choose from in advance.

      Chopped egg, red onion and sliced mushrooms with raspberry bacon dressing

      Mixed Greens, grape tomatoes, shaved carrots, homemade croutons and cucumbers with balsamic vinaigrette

      Baby kale and baby spinach with candied pecans, goat cheese, red wine poached pears, shaved carrots with pink champagne vinaigrette

      Feta cheese, fire-roasted red peppers, artichokes and olives with lemon-infused olive oil

      Fresh herb marinated heirloom tomatoes drizzled with a fresh balsamic reduction

      Breaded breast of chicken stuffed with Swiss cheese and smoked ham

      Served with a savory lemon rosemary sauce

      Six ounces of beef tenderloin with hoisin chile sauce served on Asian lettuce with shitakes, snow peas and a lemon grass ginger sauce

      Marinated and grilled six-ounce beef tenderloin served with peppercorn demi-glace

    • Prime Rib


      A Healthy cut of prime rib cooked medium rare to medium. Served with au jus on the side

      A five-ounce filet of beef with your choice of grilled salmon, grouper or shrimp scampi
